In the depths of winter, all creation harbors the new. At this critical moment of studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee ^[1] and further advancing the Project to Study and Build Marxist Theory ^[2], the academic symposium titled "Continuously Advancing the Sinicization and Modernization of Marxism and the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Institute of Marxism Studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS)" was held with grand ceremony in Beijing. Experts and scholars from the field of Marxist studies across the country gathered to collectively review the course of theoretical exploration over the past twenty years and to look forward to the innovative directions for the Sinicization and modernization of Marxism in the New Era. More than 40 scholars delivered profound speeches at the meeting.
