Two Articles by Dean Deng Chundong Selected for the 2014 National Social Science Fund's "Results Bulletin" | Marxism Research Network

Recently, the National Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences ^[1] announced the "List of Authors for the 2014 National Social Science Fund Results Report ^[2]." Comrade Deng Chundong, Director and Party Committee Secretary of the Institute of Marxism Studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), had two articles selected. It is reported that in 2014, the National Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences edited and issued a total of 100 issues of the Results Report, among which a total of 19 articles from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences were selected.

It condenses significant academic findings into policy recommendations for top-level CPC and state leaders. Having an article selected for this publication is considered a major achievement in Chinese academia, as it signifies that the research has direct "consultative" value for national governance.
