Academy of Marxism Actively Participates in Voluntary Blood Donation Organized by CASS

Voluntary blood donation is the duty and responsibility of every citizen; it is a momentous undertaking and an act of benevolence ^[1] concerning the medical treatment and salvation of millions of lives. It represents a concrete manifestation of fostering the spirit of mutual aid, fraternal love, and selfless dedication.

On December 26, 2014, during the voluntary blood donation activity organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), four comrades ^[2] from the Institute of Marxism Studies—Xu Wenhua, Li Lianchao, Yu Xiaolei, and Qi Jianguo—proactively signed up and honorably donated blood. They have each made a contribution toward the completion of our Institute’s blood donation tasks.
