Academy of Marxism Wins First Prize at CASS Red Classics Recitation Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on June 17, 2021, the Party Committee of the Directly Governed Groups of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) hosted a red classic ^[1] recitation event titled "Always Follow the Party." The event was organized by the CASS Labor Union, the CASS Youth League Committee, and the CASS Women’s Working Committee. The Institute of Marxism Studies participated in this red classic recitation.

The program submitted by the Institute of Marxism Studies was an excerpt from the Manifesto of the Communist Party. With full enthusiasm, the participants delivered a magnificent performance for the audience. The passionate recitation, the uniform choreography, the brilliant multi-language presentation, and the clever use of props all left a deep impression on the judges. The performance received high praise from the panel and won long, enthusiastic applause from the audience. Achieving the highest score in the entire Academy, the Institute was awarded first prize for this red classic recitation.

The outstanding results achieved by the Institute of Marxism Studies in the red classic recitation event not only reflect the high level of importance placed on the event by the Institute’s Party Committee, the active dedication of all performers, and the vigorous cooperation of the entire staff; they also demonstrate our Institute’s positive, united, and enterprising spirit. This success has further strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force ^[2] of all staff members at our Institute.
