The honor belongs to everyone; we serve as the bridge and link [2]. Being awarded the honorary title of "Central and State Organs March 8th Red Banner Collective" is a shared honor for the Women’s Work Committee and all female employees of our Institute. The Women’s Work Committee will cherish this honor and make persistent efforts. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will constantly keep our original aspiration and founding mission in mind and consciously practice the Core Socialist Values [3]. We will continue to perform our various tasks effectively, continuously strengthening the cohesion and centripetal force among the female employees of our Institute, and making new contributions to building our Institute into a home of solidarity and warmth.
On the day of International Women’s Day, to express gratitude to all female employees of the Institute of Marxism Studies for their strong support of the committee’s work, the Women’s Work Committee organized a group commemorative photo. The gratitude expressed by the female employees and their sense of belonging, sense of gain [4], and sense of happiness are the greatest affirmations and encouragements for the work of the Women’s Work Committee. This has given all personnel of the committee greater confidence to continue serving effectively as the bridge and link between the Party and the masses. Together with all female employees, the Women’s Work Committee spent a fulfilling, pleasant, and meaningful holiday.
