Comrade Chen Zhigang Appointed Vice President of the Academy of Marxism

On the morning of September 27, the Institute of Marxism Studies ^[1] convened a general assembly of all personnel. Comrade Zhen Zhanmin, Vice President and member of the Leading Party Members’ Group ^[2] of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), announced the appointment decision on behalf of the CASS Leading Party Members’ Group: Comrade Chen Zhigang is appointed Vice President of the Institute of Marxism Studies. Comrade Ke Wenjun, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Personnel and Education of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, presided over the meeting, which was attended by all faculty and staff of the Institute of Marxism Studies.
