Comrade Yu Haiqing Appointed Vice President of the Academy of Marxism | Marxism Research Network

On the afternoon of February 4, 2024, the Institute of Marxism Studies ^[1] held a general meeting of all cadres. Comrade Ke Wenjun, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Personnel and Education of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) (presiding) and Executive Vice President of the CASS Party School, announced the leadership appointment decision on behalf of the CASS Party Group: Comrade Yu Haiqing is appointed as Deputy Director of the Institute of Marxism Studies. Comrade Zhen Zhanmin, Vice President of CASS and Member of the Party Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Xin Xiangyang, Party Committee Secretary and Director of the Institute of Marxism Studies, presided over the meeting, which was attended by all cadre-level staff and workers of the Institute.
