The Fourth Research Department of the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee Visits the Academy of Marxism

On the morning of March 1, 2024, Xin Xiangyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the Institute of Marxism Studies ^[1], received a delegation of 16 individuals led by Cui Youping, Director of the Fourth Research Department of the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee ^[2], and held a symposium.

The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges regarding the strengthening of multi-field communication and the development of deep-level cooperation, centering specifically on the construction of academic journals.

Prior to the symposium, the two parties visited the office area of the Institute of Marxism Studies, the Library of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation Center (Library).

Leadership of the Institute of Marxism Studies and representatives from various departments accompanying the reception included: Vice Dean Chen Zhigang; Vice Dean Yu Haiqing; Li Jianguo, Director of the Editorial Department of Marxist Studies; He Xinyuan, Deputy Director of the Research Department of the Sinicization of Marxism; Dai Lixing, Deputy Director of the Research Department of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; Liu Zhichang, Director of the General Strategy Research Office of the Research Department of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; and Li Kaixuan, Associate Researcher in the Contemporary World Capitalism Research Office of the Research Department of the International Communist Movement.
