The Labor Union and Women's Working Committee of the Academy of Marxism held a themed work solicitation activity titled "Children's Hearts Praise the Motherland, Joyfully Celebrating International Children's Day"
"Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the Chinese nation." To joyfully welcome the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and celebrate the 2024 "June 1st" International Children's Day, as well as to cultivate patriotic sentiments in children from an early age and showcase the brand-new mental outlook of children in the New Era, the Labor Union and the Women's Working Committee of the Institute of Marxism Studies—with the approval of the Institute's Party Committee—organized a themed submission activity titled "Young Hearts Sing to the Motherland, Joyfully Celebrating June 1st" from June 1 to June 15, 2024.
This activity utilized a combination of video displays and exhibition boards. By telling "red" stories [1], reciting "red" poetry, performing "red" musical compositions, and staging "red" dances, the "Ma Xiaohua" [2] expressed their patriotic sentiments. Through children's paintings, calligraphy, and photography, the "Ma Xiaohua" recorded their happy lives and beautiful childhoods.

The activity was warmly received by the staff of our Institute and their families, who participated actively and submitted works enthusiastically. A total of 29 submissions were received, including 9 video works and 20 graphic works. Following the conclusion of the event, the Labor Union and the Women's Working Committee meticulously produced exhibition boards and activity videos to share the patriotic sentiments and the joy of the happy growth of the "Ma Xiaohua" with everyone.

To express gratitude for the strong support and active participation in this activity, the Labor Union and the Women's Working Committee prepared exquisite and practical souvenirs for all participating staff, which were greatly loved by the children.
