Notice of the 10th International Forum on Socialism
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) states:
"Chinese-path modernization is the socialist modernization led by the Communist Party of China. It shares common features with the modernization processes of all countries, but more importantly, it possesses Chinese characteristics based on our own national conditions. Building a modern socialist country in all respects is a great and arduous endeavor; the future is bright, but the road ahead is long and the task is heavy [1]."
Since the beginning of the 21st century, as the construction and reform of socialism have continued to deepen, socialist countries have generally entered a period of stable development in the construction of their institutional systems. Strengthening research and exchange regarding the theory and practice of socialist modernization helps to further consolidate the achievements of socialist construction and further enhance the momentum and vitality of socialist modernization.
The 10th International Forum on Socialism is scheduled to be held in China in mid-September 2023. The theme of the conference is "Socialist Modernization: Theory and Practice."
