This forum's sub-panel structure intends to adopt a "3+2" model, namely, three sub-panels for paper presentations and two sub-panels for thematic seminars. Additionally, a session for exchange with the editorial departments of journals and media will be established to provide a platform for young scholars to engage with core journals and professional media.

We welcome active submissions from researchers in national research institutions, institutions of higher education, Party and government departments, and other units. We encourage and support submissions from undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students interested in Marxist political economy. Authors of papers that pass the peer review process will receive a formal invitation letter at the end of September (for selected undergraduate, master's, or doctoral papers, the forum will cover round-trip transportation, food, and lodging expenses).

Submitted papers must be original, unpublished works. The submission deadline is June 17, 2018. Please send the electronic version of the paper to the forum's public email address bqm_2013@163.com (Attn: Teacher Liu Daoyi, Institute of Marxism Studies, CASS), with a CC to lujianggood@163.com (Attn: Teacher Lu Jiang, School of Marxism, Zhejiang University). Papers must include an abstract, keywords, author biography, contact phone number, and email address.
