Call for Papers: The 2nd "Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Mao Zedong Thought Forum" (New)

The Second "Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Mao Zedong Thought Forum" is scheduled to be held at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) on April 11, 2015. The theme of the forum is "Mao Zedong and the Path of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics," and the duration of the session will be one day.

The forum operates on the principle of "attendance based on paper submission" ^[1]. We hereby solicit papers from experts and scholars engaged in the study of Mao Zedong Thought. Submitted papers should adhere to the correct political direction, possess a distinct theme, and present accurate viewpoints. Papers must be unpublished original research and comply with academic norms. The length of the paper should not exceed 8,000 characters (including notes) and must be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 300 characters. Citations and historical data must be clearly attributed (standardized as footnotes). Please append a brief author biography, email address, and contact telephone number at the end of the text.

Note: "Mao Zedong Thought and Traditional Chinese Culture" is one of the specific topics of focus for this forum.
