Call for Papers: The 3rd Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Forum on Mao Zedong Thought
The Third Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) Mao Zedong Thought Forum is scheduled to be held in Beijing on Saturday, April 9, 2016. The theme for this one-day event is "Mao Zedong and the Communist Party of China."
The forum operates on the principle of "attendance based on submission" [1]. We hereby invite experts, scholars, and teaching and research personnel engaged in the study of Mao Zedong Thought to submit papers. Submitted conference papers should possess a clear theme and adhere to the correct political direction. They must represent unpublished research findings and comply with academic norms. Papers should not exceed 8,000 characters (including notes) and must be accompanied by 3–5 keywords and an abstract of no more than 300 characters. All citations and historical data must be accurate and rigorous, with sources clearly indicated (formatted uniformly as footnotes). Please include a brief author biography, email address, and contact telephone number at the end of the text.
Once a paper has passed the initial selection process, the organizers will issue a formal invitation to the author to attend the conference.
