Call for Papers: National Forum for Young Marxist Scholars (2015)

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Advancing the Law-based Governance of the Country [1]. The relationship between law-based governance [2] and the leadership of the Party constitutes the "red thread" [3] running throughout this document.
