Notice of the 10th National Forum for Deans of Marxism Schools
Dear Madam/Sir:
In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party [1] and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches on ideological work, and to further advance the research of Marxist theory and disciplinary construction, it has been decided upon deliberation that the 10th National Forum for Deans of Marxism will be held in early July 2017 at Guizhou Normal University (Guiyang, Guizhou). The theme of this forum is: "Research on General Secretary Xi Jinping's New Concepts, New Ideas, and New Strategies for State Governance [2]." In view of your influence within the Marxist academic community, we specially invite you to take the time out of your busy schedule to attend the conference.

II. Conference Time and Location Time: July 7–9, 2017. Registration on July 7; departure on the afternoon of July 9. Location: Guizhou Normal University.
III. Conference Papers and Expenses
Conference Papers The conference requires participants to submit an unpublished academic paper (electronic version) of approximately 6,000 characters to the assembly no later than June 15, 2017. Requirements are that the paper must align with the theme, possess a distinct thesis, hold correct viewpoints, maintain a focused discourse, and feature accurate and standardized citations. The conference intends to collect a portion of high-quality papers for publication by the Guangxi Normal University Press Group. Expenses The conference does not charge a registration fee; transportation and accommodation expenses for participants are to be self-funded.
IV. Conference Registration Matters Registration Time: All day, July 7, 2017. During registration hours, the conference affairs group will provide pickups at Longdongbao International Airport, Guiyang Railway Station, and Guiyang North Station (High-Speed Rail Station). Registration Location: Guizhou Normal University (the specific registration location will be notified separately).
