Office Introduction
The Office is the administrative body responsible for assisting the Institute’s leadership in handling daily affairs, coordinating work across various departments, and providing logistical guarantees for scientific research. Its primary responsibilities include: assisting the Institute’s leadership in completing various tasks assigned by higher authorities; overseeing government procurement and the allocation and management of fixed assets for the entire Institute; managing the Institute's financial affairs; administering the housing provident fund [1], housing subsidies, housing records, and heating fees for employees; managing office space, single-person dormitories, and talent housing [2]; overseeing security, fire prevention, and comprehensive governance [3]; coordinating academic forums, conference services, and hospitality; managing official vehicles; assisting the Institute’s labor union in conducting various activities; managing the affairs of retired veteran cadres [4]; handling reception for visitors; managing clerical duties such as receiving, distributing, circulating, and archiving documents, mail, and materials; drafting the Minutes of the Director-General’s Executive Meeting, the Minutes of the Institute Affairs Meeting, and the Bi-weekly Report on Institute Leadership Activities; overseeing supervision and inspection [5]; collecting and processing physical and electronic archives; and maintaining office automation equipment as well as updating and maintaining the website.
