Introduction to the Editorial Department of Marxism Studies

Studies on Marxism (马克思主义研究) was founded in 1995. Supervised by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and hosted by the Institute of Marxism Studies, it is a major academic and theoretical journal dedicated to the specialized study and dissemination of the holistic theory of Marxism. The journal consistently adheres to Marxism as its guide and persists in the unity of political and academic integrity. It emphasizes ideological depth, criticality, and innovation, publishing articles that utilize Marxist standpoints, viewpoints, and methods to analyze significant theoretical and practical issues. Simultaneously, it actively publishes articles researching, promoting, and interpreting Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, while providing extensive updates and information on Marxist research trends both domestically and abroad. The publication has successively received numerous honors, including "Journal Funded by the National Social Science Fund of China" and "National Top 100 Social Science Journal." The Editorial Department of Studies on Marxism currently consists of ten staff members responsible for the editorial work of the monthly journal, as well as the operation of the Studies on Marxism website, the "Studies on Marxism" WeChat official account, and the "Studies on Marxism" Xuexi Qiangguo ^[1] account.
