In recent years, the office has leveraged its participation in the Institute’s "Innovation Projects" [2] to drive the training and development of its research team. The collective projects in which the Research Office has recently participated include:
- The Institute’s Category-A Innovation Project: "Historical Mirrors of the International Communist Movement" [3].

During the process of participating in these innovation projects, the Research Office has published collective works, the most representative of which is A Concise Chronology of the History of Socialist Development (edited by Lin Jianhua, Contemporary China Publishing House, December 2022).
Furthermore, by assisting the Research Department in hosting domestic and international academic conferences, such as the "International Communist Movement Forum," the office has broadened its academic horizons and strengthened team cohesion. Through the implementation of investigative research [4] regarding the disciplinary construction of the international communist movement, the office actively offers suggestions and strategies to promote the development of the field.
