Registration Notice for the 2nd National Seminar on Teaching the Introductory Reading of "Das Kapital"

In order to cultivate teaching personnel for Das Kapital in institutions of higher education, and to develop a pedagogical cohort capable of systematically and accurately explaining the theoretical essentials of Das Kapital, the Second National Workshop for Introductory Teaching of Das Kapital is scheduled to be held from February 22 to 26, 2020, at the School of Marxism of Hainan Tropical Ocean University in Sanya, Hainan Province.

I. Organizing Units: The Theoretical Innovation Base of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) Institute of Marxism Studies (IMS) and Hainan Tropical Ocean University; the Department of Marxist Principles of the CASS Institute of Marxism Studies; and the School of Marxism of Hainan Tropical Ocean University.

II. Workshop Content: Following the text An Introduction to Das Kapital (edited by Yu Bin ^[1]), the workshop will explain the theoretical essentials and difficult points of Volumes I through III of Das Kapital.

III. Workshop Scale: 100 participants.

VI. Important Notes: Participants who have not been formally invited will not be admitted. Upon successful registration, an electronic invitation letter and an electronic registration receipt will be sent; physical invitation letters will be distributed during check-in according to the registration form. A certificate of completion will be issued at the conclusion of the workshop.
