The Academy of Marxism Won First Prize in the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences' Red Classic Recitation Event Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on June 17, 2021, the Party Committee of the Directly Governed Groups of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) hosted the "Follow the Party Forever" Red Classic Recitation Session. The event was organized by the CASS Labor Union, the CASS Youth League Committee, and the CASS Women’s Work Committee. The Institute of Marxism Studies participated in this Red Classic ^[1] recitation session.

The program submitted by the Institute of Marxism Studies was an excerpt from the Manifesto of the Communist Party. With overflowing enthusiasm, the participants delivered a magnificent performance for the audience. The passionate recitation, the synchronized choreography, the brilliant multilingual display, and the clever use of stage props all left a deep impression on the judges. The performance received high praise from the panel and won long, enthusiastic applause from the audience. Ultimately, it achieved the highest score in the Academy and won first prize in the Red Classic Recitation Session.

The outstanding achievement of the Institute of Marxism Studies in this recitation session reflects not only the great importance attached to the event by the Institute’s Party Committee, the active commitment of all performers, and the strong cooperation of the entire staff, but also highlights the positive, united, and enterprising spirit of our Institute. It has further strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force ^[2] of all staff members within our Institute.
