Introduction to Witnessing a Century-Old Great Party: Narratives from One Hundred Foreign Communists

This book features interviews with over 100 communists from more than 50 communist organizations across more than 40 countries in six continents—Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania. They were invited to speak freely on the hundred-year glorious course of development of the Communist Party of China (CPC), witness the century of great transformations ^[1] in Chinese society under the leadership of the CPC, and collectively celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the great CPC. From different perspectives and dimensions, communists from many countries around the world have conducted comprehensive and multi-layered in-depth evaluations of the CPC's century-long developmental journey. They believe that the CPC has created an earth-shaking ^[2] miracle in the human world, and they positively evaluate the remarkable achievements made in the construction of politics, economy, and society in socialism with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the CPC. Furthermore, they provide a profound analysis of the important significance of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era within the history of the development of world socialism and Marxism. They highly praise the outstanding contributions made by socialist China in maintaining international order, defending world peace, promoting multilateral cooperation, and facilitating common development. Communists from various countries draw upon the experience and wisdom of the CPC’s century of construction and development, committing themselves to strengthening mutual communication and exchange to jointly promote human development and progress.
