Announcement on the Postponement of the 12th Academic Forum on the Sinicization of Marxism | Marxism Research Network

To deeply study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party ^[1], to welcome the victorious convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party ^[2], and to centrally exhibit and exchange new achievements in the study of the glorious course of the Sinicization of Marxism and the "new leap" ^[3] in the Sinicization of Marxism, as well as to promote the further deepening of research in related fields, the 12th Academic Forum on the Sinicization of Marxism—jointly organized by the Institute of Marxism Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Gannan Normal University—was originally scheduled to be held from May 6 to 8, 2022, in Ganzhou, Jiangxi. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the Forum Organizing Committee has deliberated and decided to postpone the event to June 24–26, 2022 (the specific timing will depend on epidemic prevention and control permissions). At that time, the Forum Organizing Committee will release information regarding the holding of the forum in a timely manner.
