Announcement on the Postponement of the Academic Forum on "The Success Stories of the CPC's Centenary Struggle and the Sinicization of Marxism"
To welcome the victorious convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party [1], deeply study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee [2], deepen theoretical research and the promotional interpretation of the glorious century-long journey of the Sinicization of Marxism, and strengthen academic exchange among researchers of the Sinicization of Marxism and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics nationwide, the academic forum on "The Successful Experience of the Communist Party of China's Century of Struggle and the Sinicization of Marxism" was originally scheduled to be held from July 1 to July 3, 2022, in Qingdao, Shandong. This forum is jointly organized by the Institute of Marxism Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and the Qingdao University of Technology. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the forum organizing committee has deliberated and decided to postpone the event to July 22 to July 24, 2022 (the specific timing will depend on the permissions granted by pandemic prevention and control measures). The forum organizing committee will release information regarding the holding of the forum in a timely manner.
