Honors belong to everyone; we serve as the bridge and link [3]. To receive the honorary title of "March 8th Red Banner Collective of the Central and State Organs" is a shared honor for the Women’s Work Committee and all female employees of our institute. The Women’s Work Committee will cherish this honor and build upon our achievements. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will constantly keep our original aspiration and founding mission in mind and consciously practice Socialist Core Values. We will continue to excel in our work, constantly strengthening the cohesion and centripetal force [4] of the female staff in our institute, making new contributions to building our institute into a home of solidarity and warmth.
On the day of International Women’s Day, to express gratitude to all female staff of the IMS for their strong support of the committee’s work, the Women’s Work Committee organized a group commemorative photo. The gratitude expressed by the female staff, and the sense of belonging, sense of gain [5], and happiness they feel, represent the greatest affirmation and encouragement for the committee’s work. This has given all members of the Women’s Work Committee greater confidence to continue serving well as the bridge and link between the Party and the masses [6]. The Women’s Work Committee led all female staff in spending a fulfilling, pleasant, and meaningful holiday.
