Call for Papers: The 11th Forum on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the 14th Academic Forum on the Sinicization of Marxism
To implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee [1], deepen the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and gain an in-depth understanding of the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Advancing Chinese-path Modernization, the Institute of Marxism Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Shaanxi Normal University will jointly host the 11th Forum on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the 14th Academic Forum on the Sinicization of Marxism in Xi'an from October 18 to 20, 2024. We cordially invite experts and scholars to write papers centered on the theme of the conference and to take time from their busy schedules to attend the discussions.

V. Other Matters
- The forum does not charge a registration fee; participants are responsible for their own round-trip transportation and accommodation costs. Physical invitation letters can be collected at the forum site.
- Please send submissions and the conference participation receipt (see attachment) to the email address xsxluntan@163.com by October 1, 2024.
- The electronic file name for submissions should be "Author Name + University + Article Title." Authors are requested to adhere to the correct political direction, academic orientation, and value orientation, and to write manuscripts on titles of their own choosing centered on the forum’s theme, topics, and the contents mentioned above. Papers must be original research results that have not been publicly published. Manuscripts should be in Word electronic format, ideally between 6,000 and 10,000 words, including 3–5 keywords and an abstract of no more than 300 words. Citations should use footnotes at the bottom of the page in Songti font size 10.5 (small size 5), with numbering restarting on each page. Specifically, please follow the publication format of Marxism Studies. Please attach a brief author biography, professional title, position, contact phone number, email address, and other personal information at the end of the text.
