The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC [1] is a meeting of profound historical significance convened at a critical historical juncture. To better study, publicize, and interpret the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, you are cordially invited to compose a theoretical article for the Marxism Studies Website (Marxism.cass.cn). II. Manuscript Requirements

  3. The word count should be controlled at approximately 3,000 to 3,500 characters.
