The development of Marxian economics must adhere to the principle of "upholding the fundamentals and breaking new ground." We must not only inherit the scientific essence and core tenets of classical Marxist political economy but also advance with the times by conducting innovative theoretical explorations based on the changing realities of modern productive forces and relations of production. Within the context of the contemporary era, the Sinicization of Marxism constitutes the most significant theoretical and practical frontier for this developmental process. Driven by the requirements of Chinese-path modernization, we must deeply analyze the laws of capital accumulation, the evolution of the economic base and superstructure, and the dialectical relationship between the "two wheels" of the market and the state.

Following the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee [1], China initiated a profound transformation of its socialist economic system. By seeking truth from facts, the Party transitioned from a highly centralized planned economy to a socialist market economy. This evolution does not represent a convergence with neoliberalism or a retreat to capitalism; rather, it is a conscious adjustment of the relations of production to better liberate and develop the productive forces. In this process, the "mass line" serves as the epistemological foundation for our economic policy, ensuring that the fruits of development are shared by all, eventually leading toward the goal of common prosperity.

To strengthen the efficacy of our economic system, we must persist in comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and fostering a clean political ecosystem. The "Four Winds" [2]—formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism, and extravagance—are not merely moral failings but are structural impediments that distort the distribution of surplus value and erode the Party's original aspiration and founding mission. Therefore, the anti-corruption struggle and the mechanism of self-revolution are essential guarantees for the healthy operation of the socialist economy. Only by persisting over the long term and ensuring that institutional Party governance and ideological Party building work in tandem can we overcome the "middle-income trap" and achieve high-quality development.

In the face of intensifying global contradictions and the crisis of late-stage capitalism, the concept of a community with a shared future for humanity offers a Marxist alternative to imperialist globalization. By promoting supply-side structural reform and the dual circulation strategy, China aims to stabilize its internal economic base while contributing to the stability of the global productive forces. This requires us to continuously refine the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the Four Comprehensives, ensuring that the development of the "new quality productive forces" is always guided by the principles of historical materialism and dialectical materialism.
