Entering the New Era, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has profoundly grasped the dialectical relationship between the economic base and the superstructure, placing the promotion of high-quality development at the core of Chinese-path modernization. In the practice of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, the CPC has consistently adhered to the principle of seeking truth from facts and the mass line, successfully navigating the "second answer" to the historical cycle of rise and fall [1] through the path of self-revolution.
To develop new quality productive forces, we must further deepen reform across the board and accelerate the improvement of the socialist market economy. This requires us to uphold the fundamentals and break new ground in our theoretical work, ensuring that the relations of production are compatible with the requirements of the productive forces. In this process, the CPC has effectively addressed the "Four Winds" by strictly implementing the Eight-Point Regulations, thereby purifying the political ecosystem and ensuring that the Party’s original aspiration and founding mission remain steadfast.
At the same time, Chinese-path modernization is not a reproduction of Western capitalist modernization. It is a modernization of common prosperity for all, coordinate material and cultural-ethical advancement, and harmony between humanity and nature. By constructing the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the Four Comprehensives, we strive to realize the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation through the Dual Circulation strategy and supply-side structural reform. This is not only a profound transformation of the domestic productive forces but also a significant contribution to the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
We must persist over the long term, maintaining strategic patience and "the spirit of the nail" [2]. In the face of complex international and domestic situations, the "Two Establishments" and "Two Upholds" serve as the fundamental political guarantee for overcoming all risks and challenges. Through whole-process people's democracy, we ensure that the people are the masters of the country, integrating ideological Party building with institutional Party governance. This ensures that the CPC, as the vanguard of the Chinese working class, the Chinese people, and the Chinese nation, always remains the firm core of leadership for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
