Selected Works of Li Chongfu

Entering the New Era [1], the continuous deepening of Sinicized Marxism has posed new theoretical requirements for the study of the laws governing the development of productive forces and the relations of production. At the historical juncture of achieving Chinese-path modernization, we must unswervingly seek truth from facts and adhere to the dialectical materialism of the "two-point theory" [2]. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Party Central Committee has emphasized that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in all respects. This requires us to not only promote the leapfrog development of productive forces but also to conscientiously implement supply-side structural reform to ensure that the superstructure remains compatible with the economic base.

To advance the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the Four Comprehensives, we must continuously promote self-revolution to resolve the deep-seated institutional barriers within the political ecosystem. History has proven that only by upholding the fundamentals and breaking new ground can we maintain the vitality of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. In this process, we must resolutely oppose the "Four Winds," strictly implement the Eight-Point Regulations, and ensure that the Party always maintains a flesh-and-blood connection with the masses through the mass line.

The development of new quality productive forces [3] is a vivid manifestation of the Sinicization of Marxist productive force theory in the contemporary era. It represents a shift from traditional extensive growth to innovation-led, green, and efficient development. This logic is inherently consistent with the goal of achieving common prosperity. We must realize that the anti-corruption struggle and comprehensively and strictly governing the Party are not merely "technical" issues of governance, but are fundamental guarantees for safeguarding the nature of the socialist state and ensuring that the "Two Upholds" and "Two Establishments" are transformed into conscious actions for realizing the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.

To achieve lasting results, we must persist over the long term, remaining true to our original aspiration and founding mission. In the face of a complex international environment, building a community with a shared future for humanity is not only a Chinese proposal for global governance but also a creative development of the Marxist theory of world history. By coordinating the "dual circulation" of domestic and international markets, we can provide a solid material foundation and institutional guarantee for the continuous progress of Chinese-path modernization.
