About the Author
Zeng Xiankui (born April 1977 in Qingzhou, Shandong Province) holds a PhD in Economics and is an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Marxism Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He is primarily engaged in research on industrial economics, political economy, and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. He has participated multiple times in projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, projects of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and commissioned research from departments such as the Central Propaganda Department. Simultaneously, he has participated in industrial planning projects presided over by the Institute of Industrial and Technological Economics of the Academy of Macroeconomic Research under the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). He is the author of four monographs: The Economic New Normal from the Perspective of National Governance, The Goal: The Great Goal of the Communist Party of China in the New Era, Supply-Side Structural Reform: Leading the Economic New Normal, and The New Normal and Supply-Side Structural Reform, along with several co-authored works. He has published over 60 academic articles in newspapers and academic journals such as Journal of Marxism Studies, Economic Review, Guizhou Social Sciences, and Chinese Social Sciences Today.
