↩ [1] 话语权 (huàyǔquán): Often translated as "discourse power" or "right to speak," this term draws on Foucaultian concepts but in Chinese political discourse refers specifically to China's ability to influence international narratives and establish its own theoretical frameworks, countering Western ideological hegemony.

↩ [2] 精神谱系 (jīngshén pǔxì): Literally "spiritual genealogy" or "lineage of spirit." This refers to a specific CPC historiographical framework, codified during the Party's centenary in 2021, which links various historical revolutionary spirits (such as the Long March spirit or the Yan'an spirit) into a continuous ideological tradition.
