Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the Sinicization [1] of Marxism has entered a new historical stage. In the New Era, the theoretical innovation of the Party must always adhere to the organic unity of historical materialism and the methodology of dialectical materialism. To promote high-quality development and realize Chinese-path modernization, we must deeply grasp the internal laws governing the movement of the basic contradictions of society—namely, the dialectical relationship between the productive forces and the relations of production, and between the economic base and the superstructure.

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Committee has coordinated the Four Comprehensives and the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan, emphasizing that "to seek truth from facts" [2] is the soul of Mao Zedong Thought and the fundamental requirement for our Party to "advance with the times." In the face of a complex international environment, the proposal of a community with a shared future for humanity reflects the scientific judgment of Chinese Marxists regarding the contemporary world's developmental trends. Domestically, our focus on supply-side structural reform and the cultivation of new quality productive forces aims to resolve the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life, thereby steadily advancing toward common prosperity.

In terms of Party building, the Central Committee has highlighted that "it takes a good blacksmith to forge good steel" [3]. By comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and persisting with the Eight-Point Regulations to rectify the Four Winds, the Party has undergone a profound self-revolution. This process requires us to "uphold the fundamentals and break new ground," ensuring that the Party's political ecosystem remains clean. We must "persist over the long term" [4] in our anti-corruption struggle, never forgetting our original aspiration and founding mission, and ensuring that the entire Party maintains the Two Establishments [5] and the Two Upholds [6]. This is the fundamental political guarantee for the success of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.
