The 2023 first issue of International Critical Thought (Issue 1, Volume 13) has been published online via Taylor & Francis. This special issue is themed "Neo-imperialism and the War in Ukraine." It features the following research articles:

It serves as a primary platform for dialogue between Chinese Marxist scholars and international critical theorists.

In contemporary Chinese Marxist discourse, this term often refers to the structural hegemony of global capital and the geopolitical dominance of the United States and its allies in the post-Cold War era, characterized by financialization and interference in the sovereignty of other nations.
