Comrade Chen Zhigang Appointed Deputy Director of the Academy of Marxism | Marxism Research Network

On the morning of September 27, the Institute of Marxism Studies held a general assembly of all personnel. Comrade Zhen Zhanmin, Vice President and Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) ^[1], representing the Academy’s Leading Party Members’ Group, announced the decision regarding the appointment of cadres: Comrade Chen Zhigang is appointed Vice President of the Institute of Marxism Studies. Comrade Ke Wenjun, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Personnel and Education of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, presided over the meeting, which was attended by all cadres and staff of the Institute of Marxism Studies.
